This website allows users to access free online services such as articles, videos, and images available in The Learning Center. It also allows users to purchase various educational products (including, but not limited to books, e-books, dvds, software, and online software access).

Purchasing Products

Purchases made from this website signify a direct transaction between you and Orthoverse. Upon shipment of purchased items, ownership transfers immediately to you. Purchases of products featured on this website, but made from any third-parties do not signify a direct transaction between you and Orthoverse. Therefore, you agree that Orthoverse is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred from purchases made from any third-parties. Downloads of any books or products from Orthoverse are non-refundable and may not be returned. All sales of downloadable materials are final.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Every effort is made to provide information (through the website and in any of the products and services offered for free or for purchase) that is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date. However, given the possibility of human error or new developments in the medical sciences, Orthoverse makes no warranty that the educational products or services available on or through this website is in every respect accurate or complete. Return Policy

Books and DVDs may be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in their original, unopened, shrink-wrapped packaging.  A return authorization number and packing slip must accompany the returned items.  In the event that you need to return an item, please email sales@orthoverse.com.  Include the following information: order #, item#, description of item that is being returned, and your reason for the return.  There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.  Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund after your return has been mailed back to us. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note: If your return is shipped without a return authorization number and packing slip or after the timeframes indicated above, we will be unable to process your request for a refund or ship the item(s) back to you.

For any item that is damaged or otherwise not working, Orthoverse will replace or refund the product cost at its discretion.

Items That Cannot Be Returned:
Any item that is not in its original condition, has been opened, or has been used cannot be returned.  Items purchased from another vendor must be returned through that vendor.
Products downloaded from the website (such as, software, e-books, and downloadable PDFs), any book that has obvious signs of use, CD’s, DVD’s, or software that have been opened (removed from their shrink wrap) are not returnable.  Please note: once purchased, downloadable products cannot be returned.

Bulk orders of 20 or more copies are non-returnable.

Software

Orthoverse makes no warranty concerning the availability, uptime, or speed of its online software. We strive to maintain as high an uptime rate as possible, but cannot guarantee access will be available 100% of the time. Downtime may periodically occur for software updates, host related problems, or client site related issues may occur from time to time limiting access.

Payment

California sales tax is payable on goods delivered within California. Payment can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders.

Errors

All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Orthoverse is not responsible for typographical errors and reserves the right to change incorrect pricing, product quantity and all other information at its discretion.
